Download the KISI APP for access to the building.

Triple Play Training & Events is equipped with electronic entry. Your phone will serve as your digital key to access the facility. When you arrive, simply tap “unlock” to enter at your scheduled time.

Your access key is linked to the email and phone number you used during registration, so be sure to use that same information when setting up your KISI app.

After you have downloaded the app to your phone, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the form with your Full Name, Email, and Phone. Your access key is linked to the email and phone number you used to reserve, so be sure to use that same information when setting up your KISI app.
2. You will receive an email that you have been granted access.
3. Open the app on your phone and enter your email address (the same one you put in the form).
4. You will receive another email connecting you to Triple Play Training & Events. You will need to click on the link in this email to continue.
5. After clicking the link in the email, the app will open and you will see the Welcome to Kisi screen. Continue through these screens. When you see the Triple Play location and a lock icon, tap it to unlock the door (when you’re standing near the door).
